Heiser has held key leadership roles at Lumicera since its founding 12 years ago. He joined the organization in 2015 as a staff pharmacist at the Madison, Wisconsin, pharmacy and stepped into the role of pharmacist-in-charge in 2017. He was quickly regarded as both a strong clinician and operational leader. Heiser’s passion for pharmacy operations, logistics and developing new service offerings led to a promotion to Vice President, Pharmacy Operations & Business Development, in 2022. In September 2024, Heiser was elevated to the role of General Manager upon the promotion of Sharon Faust, PharmD, MBA, CSP, to Chief Pharmacy Officer at Navitus Health Solutions. During his tenure, Heiser has helped scale operations from one distribution location to eight, servicing patients nationwide including Puerto Rico. In addition, he has overseen the expansion of white-labeled pharmacy service offerings, the establishment of industry-leading logistics capabilities and the installation of automation technology to accommodate rapid growth. Throughout, Heiser has ensured Lumicera established and maintained a reputation for exceptional patient support.
