MILWAUKEE (January 28, 2026) – Casey Kaiser, an attorney in the Milwaukee office of Littler, the world’s largest employment and labor law practice representing management, has been elevated to shareholder, effective January 1, 2026. Across its U.S. offices, the firm elevated 34 attorneys to shareholder status.

Kaiser advises employers on a wide range of employment law issues and represents them in litigation and administrative proceedings. He has defended employers in Wisconsin’s state and federal courts and handled charges before the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Kaiser regularly addresses claims under state and federal laws, including Title VII, ADA, FMLA, ADEA and wage and hour statutes, as well as Wisconsin-specific laws such as the Wisconsin Fair Employment Act and Health Care Worker Protection Act. He also has particular experience navigating Wisconsin’s unique criminal background check and disability discrimination and accommodation laws, helping employers manage compliance and defend against related claims. Kaiser earned his J.D., cum laude, from Marquette University Law School and his B.A. from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
