MUSKEGO, Wis. — Inpro, a global manufacturer of architectural products, announced plans to construct a new manufacturing facility in the Muskego Industrial Park as part of the company’s long-term growth strategy.
The new-build facility in Muskego, Wisconsin, is designed to support Inpro’s continued growth by expanding manufacturing capacity and streamlining operations across its wall protection division. By consolidating multiple production cells into one scalable facility, Inpro will improve operational efficiency, meet business demand, and reinforce its commitment to high-quality manufacturing and responsible building practices.
“This facility represents an important investment in Inpro’s future,” said Marc Holland, Chief Executive Officer of Inpro. “It positions us to continue growing while maintaining the quality, service, and lead times our customers rely on. At the same time, it reflects our commitment to the community where our company was founded.”
The facility will total approximately 30,000 square feet, including 27,090 square feet of warehouse space and 2,668 square feet of office space, and will house manufacturing, office, and logistics operations. The project is currently in the approval phase with the City of Muskego, with construction targeted to begin in spring 2026 and occupancy anticipated in fall 2026.
From an operational standpoint, the new building is intended to increase manufacturing capacity and improve efficiency by consolidating processes and modernizing workflows. This approach will allow Inpro to better support existing operations and meet customer demand more effectively.
“Designing our operations with intention allows us to run more efficiently while creating a safer, more streamlined environment for our teams,” said Craig Faust, Chief Operating Officer. “This facility supports how we operate today while positioning us for future growth.”
The project represents a strategic investment in Inpro’s long-term operational footprint. The facility will be designed and constructed with the environment in mind, maintaining the company’s high standards for responsible construction and manufacturing practices.
