Milwaukee, Wis. – Inland Family of Companies (Inland), Wisconsin’s largest integrated commercial real estate firm, marked its 55th anniversary on Friday, March 20, 2026 by donating a selection of 55 culinary herbs and spices to help outfit the new commercial-grade kitchen at Kingdom Prep Lutheran High School, an 9-12th-grade school that provides opportunities for young men to discover their purpose in life.

To provide hands-on experience, Inland also hired culinary arts students from Kingdom Prep to deliver catering services for Inland’s all-staff anniversary celebration. This engagement reignites the partnership between Inland and Kingdom Prep, which began in 2021 through the launch of an internship program that provides students from backgrounds underrepresented in real estate with valuable industry exposure. The partnership further reinforces Inland’s ongoing commitment to strengthening the local community by investing time, expertise and resources to create meaningful, lasting impact.

This milestone also offered an opportunity to reflect on Inland’s evolution and continued impact across the region. Since its founding in 1971, Inland has grown into an integrated commercial real estate firm encompassing brokerage, project management, property management, and design and architecture services through three brands: Colliers, Harmoniq Residential and in.studio architecture.

Throughout the years, the company has grown its roots in Wisconsin, with this anniversary marking over half a century of leadership in Milwaukee. The anniversary further represents generations of trust, innovation and sustained growth in an ever-evolving industry.

“Wisconsin has been the foundation of everything Inland has built over the last 55 years, and this anniversary is a moment to celebrate that relationship,” said Lyle Landowski, President and CEO of Inland Family of Companies. “By continuing to invest in Wisconsin, we not only strengthen the communities where we work and live, but we also invest in the young people who will become tomorrow’s leaders – because their success shapes the future of Wisconsin.”

Following the catered breakfast, Inland representatives presented Kingdom Prep students with a donation of 55 herbs and spices to help outfit their new commercial-grade kitchen, which is being constructed on the Kingdom Prep campus located at 2520 N. Wauwatosa Avenue. The morning concluded with Maggie Blair, Partner and Head of Platform, leading a tour of Inland’s office located at 833 E. Michigan Street. The tour provided students with a detailed look into the various career paths available in commercial real estate including brokerage; property and facilities management; and     architecture and design.

“Inland’s investment in our young men goes far beyond herbs and spices – it’s an investment in their confidence, their skills and their future,” stated Tom Keppeler, Director of Partnership Development at Kingdom Prep Lutheran High School. “Partnerships like this help our students experience what’s possible when the community comes together to support the future. We’re grateful for Inland’s continued partnership and commitment to fostering the growth of our next generation of leaders.”

Inland has a rich history of investing in its local community. Since its inception in 2021, the company’s high school internship program has provided opportunities for students from area high schools, including Kingdom Prep, Cristo Rey Jesuit High School, and Carmen Schools of Science and Technology, to gain exposure to commercial real estate.
