FOX CITIES, Wis. (February 2026) – The Fox Cities Chamber has released its Q4 2025 Economic Development Report, highlighting continued growth in membership, expanded workforce, and leadership initiatives, as well as increased support for local businesses. The report reflects a strong finish to the year and positions the region for continued economic momentum in 2026.
During the fourth quarter, 64 small businesses joined the Chamber through its Connect Free membership program, bringing total participation in the initiative to more than 1,025 businesses and overall membership to more than 1,870. Pulse Young Professionals also experienced growth, welcoming 16 new members and reaching 861 active participants. The Chamber continues to see strong employer engagement through its Pulse Champions and Employee Friendly Workplace programs, reinforcing its commitment to talent attraction and retention.
Business retention and expansion visits remained a priority, with Chamber staff meeting with local employers to address challenges related to staffing, expansion, infrastructure, and operations. The Chamber also supported member visibility through media partnerships and hosted Business After Hours events and ribbon cuttings to celebrate business milestones throughout the region.
Leadership development and community engagement continued to thrive in Q4. Leadership Fox Cities, Immersion Fox Cities, Executive Elevate, and Leader Lab programs provided professional development opportunities across all career stages. Major events such as Women in Leadership, the Future 15 Awards, and the inaugural AI Business Summit drew hundreds of attendees, underscoring the Chamber’s role as a regional convener.
