MENASHA, Wis. (March 31, 2026) — Faith Technologies Incorporated™ (FTI) is pleased to announce the hiring of Shawn Blair to lead the company’s National Solution Services (NS2) team.
As senior vice president of NS2, Blair’s immediate focus is on meeting the growing demand for data center servicing and maintenance nationwide. Using comprehensive, lifecycle-based support, FTI’s NS2 team solves the needs of mission-critical data center infrastructure and other energy assets.
“When it comes to advanced technology, especially data centers, innovative problem-solving is what creates solutions,” said Wade Leipold, executive vice president of FTI. “Shawn’s insights and experience leading national sales teams will elevate how FTI and the NS2 team delivers what our customers need.”
FTI’s NS2 team includes a nationwide network of embedded, multi-disciplined technical experts that provide comprehensive support and monitoring, as well as preventative, predictive and prescriptive maintenance. Blair is spearheading plans to expand the team with strategic customers in mind, specifically data centers that, once constructed, will require plans to maintain productivity and long-term operational efficiency.
“What makes Shawn’s role unique is the opportunity to help FTI scale with the rapid growth of the data center industry, building consistent high-quality operational standards, supporting long-term growth and developing trusted relationships,” Leipold said.
“I’ve always had a real passion for strategic partnerships. My approach is to start with the customer and work back to a solution,” Blair said. “Right now, data centers are facing a variety of challenges from energy availability, optimization and reliability to labor shortages. Data center customers aren’t just looking for someone to build their building; they also need someone to help maintain and operate it efficiently. Our team is innovatively solving those needs.”
While working at Rockwell Automation in 2010, Blair sold industrial cable to FTI. This connection continued during Blair’s employment at Schneider Electric where, as vice president of global strategic accounts, he helped develop a nationwide field services partnership network program with FTI.
