In this role, Gieseke will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of plant operations, including production, safety, quality, maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives. He will play a key leadership role in driving operational excellence, strengthening performance metrics, and supporting Eck’s ongoing commitment to delivering high-quality products to its customers.
Gieseke brings extensive experience in manufacturing leadership and operations management, with a proven track record of improving efficiency, developing high-performing teams, and implementing disciplined processes that drive results. His background aligns closely with Eck’s focus on operational rigor, accountability, and continuous improvement.
