EAA: Dan Mincheff named vice president – IT and education for experimental aircraft association

EAA AVIATION CENTER, OSHKOSH, Wisconsin — (January 22, 2026) — The Experimental Aircraft Association has named Dan Mincheff Vice President – Information Technology and Education and a member of EAA’s senior leadership team. Mincheff brings more than 30 years of executive leadership across technology, higher education, and aviation-adjacent organizations, including leadership roles at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College, Ellucian, Ferrilli, and Air Wisconsin.

“The growth of EAA’s education programming and increasing technology demands created an opportunity to expand our senior leadership team,” said Jack J. Pelton, EAA CEO and Chairman of the Board. “Dan’s unique background in technology and higher education make him a great asset to support both teams at EAA.”

Mincheff has prior history with EAA, having spent summers working in the mail room and warehouse while pursuing his bachelor’s degree at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. Mincheff also holds a Master of Science in Leadership and Organizational Development from Silver Lake College and completed the CIO Pocket MBA program at Boston University.
