Bergstrom-Mahler Museum of Glass: Area high school students exhibit artwork

Bergstrom-Mahler Museum of Glass provides extraordinary experiences in glass to spark fun, kindle creativity, and illuminate learning for all. The Museum is honored to present Teen Voices in Glass: 2026 Area High School Glass Exhibition presented by Jewelers Mutual featuring glass art created by students at 12 regionally located high schools. After creating glass art at area high schools and in the Museum’s Glass Studio as part of a museum enrichment experience called Glass Experience Day, students have the opportunity to share their work in this beloved annual exhibition. The exhibition opens Thursday, March 26 with a reception from 5:30-7:30 p.m., and closes May 3, 2026.

“We are delighted to encourage the creativity of talented young artists in the area with this annual exhibit,” states Museum Executive Director Amy Moorefield. “This event is a unique opportunity for students to share their artistic endeavors in glass with family and friends, in a museum known worldwide for its glass art collection.”

The Museum is grateful to the over 100 student artists and their supportive teachers for their creativity and dedication to produce these innovative works. With this exhibition, Bergstrom-Mahler Museum of Glass hopes to encourage the creativity of talented young artists living in the Fox Valley Region to learn and make art in the medium of glass.
