World Dairy Expo: Wisconsin cows win big at the International Junior Guernsey Show

MADISON, WIS. – Donnybrook Ammo Stevie, the winning Senior Three-Year-Old Cow, is the Grand Champion and Intermediate Champion of the International Junior Guernsey Show at World Dairy Expo. She is the recipient of the Allen Hetts Grand Champion Trophy. Stevie is exhibited by Brittany Taylor and Laylaa Schuler of New Glarus, Wis. The Reserve Grand Champion and Reserve Intermediate Champion, RHG Villa Breezy Venus-ET, owned by Alison Gartman of Sheboygan, Wis. Venus is the winning Senior Two-Year-Old Cow.

Adams Creek Boston-ETV, the winning Spring Yearling Heifer, took home Junior Champion honors in the International Junior Guernsey Show. She won the Norman E. Magnussen Memorial Award and is exhibited by Kayleigh, Kelsey and Karlee Haag and Josie Varney of Dane, Wis. Following in her footsteps as the Reserve Junior Champion of the International Junior Guernsey Show is the winning Winter Yearling, Knapps Missile Teal-ETV, owned by Landree and Dakota Fraley of Muncy, Pa. 

Claiming Best Bred and Owned of the International Junior Guernsey Show is Hi Guern View Drone Antigua owned by Alaina Dinderman of Orangeville, Ill.

Official judge, Mark Rueth of Oxford, Wis., and associate judge, Tina Vilter McDonald of Signal Mountain, Tenn., evaluated the 102 junior entries.
