MADISON – WMC Foundation – an affiliate of Wisconsin Manufacturers & Commerce (WMC) – has opened applications for its annual Wisconsin Leads: Executive Fellowship to Wisconsin business leaders. The program, sponsored by CliftonLarsonAllen, is an interactive and educational program for emerging executives from across the state. Participants hear from business experts and seasoned leaders as they develop skills and ideas to drive the business community forward.
“Strengthening our leaders strengthens our economy,” said WMC Foundation President Wade Goodsell. “Our goal is to equip future decision makers with a better understanding of the state’s economy, complex business challenges and the foundational public policies that shape Wisconsin’s economic landscape.”
The fellowship, now in its fifth year, features a series of events led by Wisconsin’s most prominent business and thought leaders. The exclusive cohort will meet for three separate retreats around the state, and each retreat will include multiple days of programming, relationship building, and education. Additionally, participants will get a chance to meet other graduates of the program at a fall Alumni Retreat.
Past installments of the program featured keynote speakers including elected officials, military officers, and leaders from many successful Wisconsin companies such as Kwik Trip, Waupaca Foundry, Dairyland Power, Brakebush, Ariens Co., and more.
