WEST BEND, WI – Washington County residents and businesses impacted by the August flooding can receive in-person guidance on the application process and available resources at a joint Disaster Recovery Center. Please note the new schedule:
The center will be open Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at 333 E Washington St, West Bend in the Public Agency Center- Lower Level (parking available in the lower level lot off of Indiana Ave.)
The closing date of the center will be announced at a later date.
Online FEMA applications are still being accepted. For phone assistance with your application or with followup questions, please call the FEMA Helpline: 1-800-621-3362 (7 a.m. to 11 p.m. Eastern Time, 7 days a week).
Please note, the deadline to apply for FEMA Individual Assistance (damage to homes, personal losses, etc.) is November 12, 2025. The US Small Business Association (SBA) deadline for physical property damage is November 10, 2025, and the economic injury application deadline is June 11, 2026.
