David Bartelt Joins as Newest Team Member
MILWAUKEE, September 8, 2025 – The Barry Company is pleased to announce the addition of David Bartelt to its brokerage team. David joined the Barry Company in September 2025, bringing with him a strong background in financial analysis and real estate underwriting.
Prior to joining the firm, David served as an analyst at a local commercial bank, where he gained valuable experience evaluating real estate transactions and market trends. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh.
