The Post Crescent’s Community’s Choice Awards winners are nominated and voted for by Fox Valley community members who recognize local organizations and businesses for the exceptional service and customer experience they provide.
Energage’s Top Workplaces award winners are chosen through a survey process in which employees answer questions about the benefits and pay, leadership and culture of their workplace. SPES also received a special award for Meaningfulness, which was granted based on employees’ responses to specific questions.
“Having earned awards not only from community members but also from our own associates represents the success of SPES’ person-directed mission,” said SPES president and CEO Sondra Norder. “We value the experience and integrity of everyone we serve and those who help to serve our community; receiving an additional award for the meaningfulness our associates find in their work is evidence of that.”
