St. Paul Elder Services: Announces Lisa Sabin-Wilson, RN, DNS-CT, as new director of nursing

KAUKAUNA, Wis(Oct. 23, 2025) St. Paul Elder Services (SPES), a community dedicated to enriching the life experience of the individuals it serves, is pleased to announce the addition of Lisa Sabin-Wilson, RN, DNS-CT, as its new director of nursing for its 105-bed skilled nursing facility, St. Paul Home. In her role, Sabin-Wilson oversees nursing operations, ensures clinical standards are met and provides staff with resources and support to deliver high-quality, resident-centered care. She leads initiatives in staff development, compliance and process improvement, allowing caregivers to focus on what matters most: exceptional care for residents.

Sabin-Wilson brings a blend of healthcare and leadership experience to the role. She began her career as a registered nurse and spent more than a decade in hospice, palliative and long-term care, including several years as a director of nursing. In 2025, she earned the Director of Nursing Services–Certified (DNS-CT) credential from the American Association of Post-Acute Care Nursing (AAPACN), highlighting her commitment to excellence in long-term care leadership. Sabin-Wilson’s background also includes 12 years as chief operating officer and co-founder of a digital agency serving Fortune 500 clients.
