Oshkosh, Wis. – Dan Shea, COO of Shea Electric & Communications, LLC, was honored to be the recipient of the 2025 Donald G. Jones Leadership Alumni Award presented by the Fond du Lac Chamber of Commerce. This prestigious award honors individuals who have demonstrated exceptional commitment to community service and leadership in Fond du Lac County.
Named in honor of Donald G. Jones, a respected businessman and community leader who played a pivotal role in founding the Leadership Fond du Lac County program, the award recognizes alumni who have continued to exemplify leadership and civic responsibility long after they participated in the program.
Shea, a 2009 graduate of the Leadership Fond du Lac County program, has consistently demonstrated the values and purpose of the award through his community engagement and professional leadership. With a strong background in business development and strategic leadership, Dan has contributed meaningfully by sharing his knowledge with Leadership Fond du Lac County participants and sponsoring Young Professionals events in Fond du Lac.

Shea’s contributions extend beyond his professional achievements. He is actively involved in numerous community initiatives and nonprofit efforts throughout Oshkosh and Fond du Lac County including the Oshkosh and Fond du Lac Boys & Girls Clubs, Thelma Sadoff Center for the Arts, Day By Day Warming Shelter, Envision Greater Fond du Lac and with his team, supports education through Fond du Lac High School’s Ace Academy, in all of these roles he’s as a catalyst for collaboration and progress. His ability to inspire and lead others has left a lasting impression on the organizations and individuals he serves.
