The new solution, developed at Microsoft’s AI Co-Innovation Lab at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee, allows drivers to talk to an Agentic AI powered clerk to check-in, verify shipment information and get next-steps, all from the comfort of their cab and in the driver’s native language, providing shippers & logistics companies with critical efficiency, security, and safety.
