MILWAUKEE – Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren s.c. (Reinhart) is pleased to announce that Sean Lees (Litigation, Labor and Employment) and Erik Olsen (Litigation) have joined the firm.

Lees, an attorney in Reinhart’s Litigation and Labor and Employment groups, practices in the firm’s Milwaukee office, providing counsel to clients on a full range of labor and employment matters, including defending against employment discrimination claims, collective bargaining and labor arbitration. With extensive experience litigating civil cases at the circuit court level and successfully representing clients before the Wisconsin Supreme Court, Lees collaborates with clients to assess risk, navigate legal issues, avoid potential problems and achieve positive outcomes. He earned his J.D., cum laude, from Marquette University Law School and his B.A. from Wofford College.
Olsen, an attorney in Reinhart’s Litigation Practice in the firm’s Madison office, represents clients on a broad spectrum of civil matters, with a particular focus on white collar criminal defense and complex commercial litigation. He advises businesses and individuals facing complex disputes, government investigations and regulatory enforcement actions. Most recently, Olsen served as an Attorney Advisor in the U.S. Department of Justice’s National Security Division. Prior to that, he worked as a Law Clerk for Hon. Robert L. Miller at the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Indiana. He earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from University of Wisconsin Law School and his B.A., with Honors, from Harvard College.
