Elkhorn, WI — Reader Precision Solutions (RPS), an industry-leading precision machining and contract manufacturing company, today announced the addition of Mat Leitzke as Vice President of Manufacturing Operations. Leitzke joins the company’s Executive Team as RPS continues to scale its manufacturing operations to support increasingly complex, mission-critical client applications.
The creation of this role reflects RPS’s continued growth and the need for focused executive leadership to ensure operational consistency, quality, and reliability as manufacturing capacity, systems, and customer requirements expand. As Vice President of Manufacturing Operations, Leitzke will provide dedicated oversight of manufacturing performance, reinforcing execution while supporting long-term scalability.
In this role, Leitzke will oversee manufacturing operations across the organization, aligning execution with quality systems, safety standards, and client expectations. His leadership will support structured processes, cross-functional alignment, and continuous improvement initiatives essential to delivering high-mix, precision components in demanding manufacturing environments.
This executive leadership addition further strengthens Reader Precision Solutions’ commitment to supporting clients operating in industries where quality, delivery, and process control are critical. By reinforcing production leadership at the executive level, RPS continues to build the systems, people, and infrastructure required to support long-term manufacturing partnerships and evolving client needs.
Leitzke brings nearly 20 years of manufacturing and operations leadership experience, with a career rooted in hands-on production and progressive leadership roles. He began his career on the manufacturing floor and advanced through supervisory and management positions, developing a comprehensive understanding of manufacturing systems, workforce development, and operational performance.
Throughout his career, Leitzke has led teams through process optimization, operational restructuring, and continuous improvement initiatives focused on improving safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency. His experience includes implementing structured management systems, strengthening leadership accountability, and developing teams capable of solving complex operational challenges in dynamic manufacturing environments.
