APPLETON, Wis. – (September 24, 2025) – Reach Counseling, a non-profit who serves survivors and those impacted by sexual violence in the Fox Valley, is thrilled to announce the return of Utopia on October 11, 2025, at the Fox Cities Exhibition Center. This impactful event will feature dinner, entertainment, and stories of healing, as the community comes together to raise funds to support sexual assault survivors and the vital services provided by Reach Counseling.
Hollis Brown, Former Miss Wisconsin USA, will serve as the speaker and emcee for this year’s event. Hollis Brown was Miss Wisconsin USA 2022, spending her year spreading awareness for survivors of sexual abuse through her platform Start By Believing — work she continues today as a survivor and advocate herself. Hollis is deeply passionate about empowering women, both in recovery and on the playing field, and uses her platform to drive awareness, advocacy, and opportunity.
The Fox River Foundation once again leads as the presenting sponsor, with Menasha Corporation joining as the Radiance Sponsor. Their generous support underscores a shared commitment to making our community a safer place for all.
A key highlight of this year’s event is the $10,000 challenge match grant from the J.J. Keller Foundation. This grant will match new or increased donations made at the Utopia event, up to $1,000 per donor, and will match up to a total of $10,000. It’s a fantastic opportunity for supporters to double the impact of their contributions and help Reach Counseling further its mission.
This year’s Utopia comes at a pivotal time as Reach embraces both additional C-suite leadership and new opportunities for collaboration. Dr. Tracy Guiou will join as Executive Director, while Kristen Trimberger transitions from CEO into the newly created role of Chief Consulting Officer to lead the launch of Reach Forward, a consulting program that strengthens community partnerships and enhances support for survivors. “We’re excited to begin this next chapter together, launching Reach Forward and welcoming Dr. Guiou,” said Trimberger. Dr. Guiou shared, “Joining Reach at such a transformative time is tremendously exciting, and I look forward to working alongside this community to expand healing and impact.”
