Quill Creative Studio: Celebrates 10 years of creativity, growth, and brand evolution

OSHKOSH, WI — 2025 marks a milestone year for Quill Creative Studio as the branding agency celebrates its 10th anniversary.

From two-person startups scaling tenfold to century-old corporations reimagining their legacies, Quill has been at the forefront of shaping dozens of brands, both local and global. Over the years, the agency has had the privilege of working with visionaries across a variety of industries, providing expertise in brand development, strategy, and design.

Quill’s story began when Josh Tyner and Ryan Albers met as graphic designers at Lee Beverage of Wisconsin. Their shared creative vision led them to begin collaborating, and by 2014, Josh took the leap to establish Quill Creative LLC with a brick-and-mortar office in Oshkosh. Ryan joined as a freelancer in 2015, but within a month, the momentum was undeniable as Josh offered Ryan an ownership stake, cementing their partnership and setting the stage for Quill’s rapid growth.

From a small design team to a corporate-level creative agency, Quill has grown steadily, adding
talented professionals, expanding its service offerings, and earning national recognition. The agency
has received over 90 design awards, including GDUSA honors, American Advertising Awards (ADDY),
and an Inc. Power Partner Award.

Quill partners with marketing directors, managers, and business owners who are ready to elevate
their brand experience with intention and purpose. The team delivers high-quality, thoughtful
creative solutions that connect strategy with emotionally engaging design, ensuring every brand
touchpoint works together to inspire confidence and loyalty. By aligning visual identity, messaging,
and brand experience, Quill helps clients stand out in their industries and build lasting connections
with their audiences.

A commitment to community has also been central to Quill’s mission. The agency has contributed
over $140,000 in in-kind work to nonprofits and actively supports organizations like the Oshkosh
Kid’s Foundation and the Children’s Cancer Family Foundation. Ryan and Josh further their
involvement through leadership roles in the Greater Oshkosh Economic Development Corporation
and Oshkosh Mid-Morning Kiwanis, among other initiatives.

As Quill enters its next decade, the agency is expanding and enhancing its services while broadening
client reach throughout the country and into Canada.

“A lot has changed in ten years, but some things will always stay the same. We’ll always be a team
that advocates for creative problem solving and top-tier design,” says Partner Ryan Albers, “Our
priorities will always be centered around strong client relationships, expert-level creativity, and
commitment to being a positive force in our community. We can’t wait to see what the next ten
years bring!”
