Partnership with Green Bay football legend includes a new menu item inspired by #30
MILWAUKEE, WI (May 21, 2025) –Potawatomi Casino Hotel is thrilled to announce a new partnership with Green Bay football legend John Kuhn as a spokesperson for the Potawatomi Sportsbook.
The Las Vegas-style sportsbook is home to a 2,000 square-foot LED screen so fans don’t miss a single second of sports action. Fans can not only watch their favorite teams but they can place a bet on games and events at the Sportsbook or at one of 90-self serve kiosks located throughout the casino.
As part of this exciting new partnership, Kuhn got to go behind the scenes with Potawatomi’s culinary team to create his own menu item for the Potawatomi Sportsbook kitchen. The John Kuhn Fullback Platter is full of classic appetizers such as Philly cheesesteak sliders, cream cheese jalapeño poppers, fried Portobello mushrooms, chicken tenders, and cheese curds.
