Oak Bank: Courtney Rosman promoted to newly created role of Client and Operations Project Specialist

Fitchburg, WI – Oak Bank, a community bank located in Fitchburg, Wisconsin, is proud to
announce the promotion of Courtney Rosman to the newly established position of Client and
Operations Project Specialist.

Courtney joined Oak Bank two years ago as a Personal Banker and later transitioned to Deposit
Operations. Over the past year, she has taken on growing responsibilities—training new
associates, supporting project teams, and continuing to assist the retail banking team as
needed.

“Courtney has consistently gone above and beyond, stepping into every challenge with a
positive attitude and a willingness to help wherever needed,” said Cristie Hansen, Vice
President of Deposit Operations. “Her versatility, work ethic, and team spirit have made a big
impact, and we’re excited to see her take on this new role.”

In her new position, Courtney will remain with the Deposit Operations team but focus primarily
on supporting key projects and training initiatives across the bank.

“I’m honored to step into this new role and grateful for the opportunities I’ve had to grow at
Oak Bank,” said Courtney Rosman. “I look forward to continuing to support both our clients and
team members in meaningful ways.”
