NEENAH, Wis. (Aug. 5, 2025) — McMahon, a full-service, professional engineering, architectural and consulting firm, announces the hiring of Collin Arnt as water and wastewater engineer, Larry Roy as a water/wastewater specialist and project manager and John Zarate as a public safety specialist.
Arnt holds a bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay and an associate degree in water resource management from Bay de Noc Community College. Prior to joining McMahon as a water and wastewater engineer, Arnt worked in wastewater operations and consulting.
Roy joins McMahon as a water/wastewater specialist and project manager in the Construction Services division. A DNR-certified advanced wastewater and waterworks operator, he brings more than 20 years of expertise in SCADA-controlled systems, safety protocols and operational administration to McMahon. Roy has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Marian University, an Associate of Science degree in water/wastewater treatment technology from Moraine Park Technical College and a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from the University of Michigan.
Zarate brings more than 30 years of experience in municipal government to McMahon in his new role as public safety specialist, offering expertise in city operations, building inspection and economic development. Zarate also served as president of the International Code Council’s Northeast Wisconsin Building Inspectors Chapter for ten years, highlighting a long-standing commitment to professional leadership and code compliance.
