Brandt adds strong financial acumen, banking expertise to Landmark
MILWAUKEE – Landmark Healthcare Facilities LLC, a national leader in the full-service development, ownership and management of the complete range of outpatient medical buildings, has appointed Dan Brandt as its new Chief Financial Officer.
Brandt brings more than two decades of experience in commercial real estate banking, with a strong background in credit underwriting and project financing across a variety of asset classes. Over the course of his career, he provided debt financing for real estate projects worth more than $1 billion.

Prior to joining Landmark, Brandt served as Senior Vice President of Commercial Real Estate at Old National Bank where he provided debt financing across a variety of asset classes, including outpatient medical buildings, multi-family, retail and industrial. He also previously held credit underwriting roles in the commercial real estate departments of Associated Bank and M&I Bank (now BMO Harris Bank).
Additionally, Brandt is an active committee member of the CDFI program at Legacy Redevelopment Corporation, an organization providing creative financing solutions to small businesses and nonprofits in underserved markets across Milwaukee and Racine. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee and lives in Bay View with his wife and four sons.
