About the Competition
Pitch Perfect is more than a competition, it’s a regional launchpad for innovation and
connection.
“Southeast Wisconsin’s entrepreneurial energy is undeniable,” said Kelly Armstrong,
President of Kenosha Innovation Neighborhood. “Pitch Perfect showcases the ingenuity of
our region while demonstrating how collaboration across communities fuels real economic
growth.”
In addition to announcing our finalists, we’re excited to highlight that Landon McKinnis,
founder of Private Grooming LLC and creator of the innovative grooming device Go Nutz,
will also be presenting an overview of his startup journey: from prototype to product
launch, navigating intellectual property and manufacturing, and ultimately securing a
national spot on Shark Tank.
The event underscores KIN’s mission to build an inclusive innovation ecosystem,
connecting founders to capital, talent, and resources through partnerships that bridge
Milwaukee and Chicago’s growing startup corridors.
