MILWAUKEE, WI — The displays of several exhibitors were honored with Cultural Exhibit Awards in conjunction with the 82nd annual Holiday Folk Fair International, America’s premier multicultural festival, held Fri., Nov. 21 – Sun., Nov. 23, 2025, at the Exposition Center at Wisconsin State Fair Park in West Allis, Wis.
Awards were presented in the following categories:
- Best Interaction with the Public: Afghan Community
- Most Educational Exhibit: Wisconsin Hispanic Scholarship Foundation, Inc./Mexican Fiesta
- Best Artistic Presentation: Wisconsin Hispanic Scholarship Foundation, Inc./Mexican Fiesta
- Best Use of Theme: Thai-American Association
- Best Depiction of Ethnic Culture: Lithuanian American Community Inc., Waukegan-Lake County, IL Chapter
Produced by the International Institute of Wisconsin, Holiday Folk Fair International provided attendees with an opportunity to “Celebrate the Culture of Traditional Music,” the 2025 event theme. The three-day fair featured an assortment of ethnic foods, music and dance performances, displays of ethnic cultures, arts and crafts displays, and educational demonstrations.
