Hamacher Resource Group: Nicloy presents for the second year in a row for the Women’s Business Development Center’s Top Shelf Retail virtual event

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE – Waukesha, Wisconsin, June 9, 2025– HRG’s director of marketing, Angela Nicloy presented, “Shelf Awareness,” at the Women’s Business Development Center’s (WBDC) Top Shelf Retail virtual event for the second year in a row. The event is for diverse business owners, male and/or female, who are preparing to pitch their consumer product to large retailers.

The presentation covered critical strategies and practical tactics for companies as they prepare to convince buyers their product belongs on retail shelves:

·        building a meaningful pitch deck,

·        product packaging,

·        shelf placement considerations, and

·        competitive and promotional considerations, among others.

Nicloy stated, “Having worked closely with a myriad of health, beauty, and wellness product manufacturers from large to small to help them build their demand strategies, I’m enjoying using that practical experience to help these brands prepare to grow into larger commitments at mass and chain retailers.”

Nicloy’s expertise has been in high demand. She was recently added as the marketing expert for CORE, NCPA’s Leadership Program, having conducted two sessions in the past eight months. She also presented the session, “Marketing in the Real World,” to undergraduate students as part of Adjunct Professor Dan Freschi’s Introduction to Business course, at the Sullivan School of Business at Carroll University in Waukesha, Wisconsin for the second year in a row this spring. She spoke at CHPA’s Marketing Forum last November and will be on a panel for a webinar for independent pharmacies in June 2025.
