MILWAUKEE, WI – August 28, 2025 – Wisconsin’s first AT&T Connected Learning Center is officially open at The Greater Milwaukee Urban League. AT&T chose the organization to host the digital learning center and contributed $50,000 to support its programming initiatives.
“We could not be more honored that AT&T selected the Greater Milwaukee Urban League to house the first AT&T Connected Learning Center in Wisconsin,” said Dr. Eve M. Hall, President and CEO of the Greater Milwaukee Urban League. “This partnership will serve as a vital resource for bridging the digital divide and creating pathways to success for Milwaukee residents.”
The new center provides high-speed internet and enhances the digital literacy training, workforce development programs, and educational resources to help individuals prepare for career opportunities and advancement.
“Our investment in the Connected Learning Center at the Greater Milwaukee Urban League directly reflects our commitment to get more Americans connected and make an impact in the communities we serve,” said Robyn Gruner, Director of External Affairs, AT&T Wisconsin. “This center will give Milwaukee families access to free internet connectivity, as well as educational and mentoring resources, to help them connect to greater possibilities in academics and the workforce. We are excited to open our very first AT&T Connected Learning Center in Wisconsin at the Greater Milwaukee Urban League.”
The center is now operational and will serve the community at the Greater Milwaukee Urban League, located at 435 West North Avenue.
