(Oct. 28, 25 ) MINNEAPOLIS – Attorney Jessica Biggott has joined Fredrikson’s Energy & Natural Resources Group in the Madison office.
Biggott focuses her practice on energy law and environmental matters, representing clients in regulatory proceedings and litigation. She assists clients through complex regulatory and permitting processes before regulators such as the Wisconsin Public Service Commission, as well as with post-permit litigation. Biggott has experience permitting generation facilities including wind, solar, thermal and battery systems. She has also assisted clients with land use matters, including title review, drafting property agreements and representation in property-related disputes.
