Fox Cities Chamber: Showcases strong business growth and regional impact in Q3 report

FOX CITIES, Wis. (October 22, 2025) – Fox Cities Chamber Regional Partnership, the economic development arm of the Chamber, released its Q3 2025 Economic Development Report, highlighting continued business growth, strong community engagement, and national recognition for innovation.

Chamber Growth and Engagement: The Chamber welcomed 64 new small businesses through its Connect Free program in the third quarter, bringing the total to 963 small business members and an overall membership exceeding 1,800 organizations.

Pulse Young Professionals also saw continued strong participation, adding 46 new members for a total of 891, with vibrant events ranging from professional development sessions to family and community outings. Thirteen local employers participated as Pulse Champions, underscoring regional investment in young professional engagement and retention.

Leadership and Workforce Development
Leadership programs continue to thrive across all levels. The Leadership Fox Cities Class of 2025 launched with 44 participants representing more than 40 companies. New programs, including Executive Elevate and Immersion Fox Cities, are building momentum, offering personalized leadership development and community integration experiences that strengthen retention and professional growth. The Chamber’s Leader Lab also closed its summer cohort with a Net Promoter Score of 60, demonstrating strong participant satisfaction.

Business Development and Retention
Throughout Q3, the Chamber hosted Business After Hours events and multiple ribbon cuttings celebrating business milestones across the region. In collaboration with WFRV-TV’s Local 5 Live, the Chamber spotlighted local companies such as Network Health, Johnson Financial Group, and Faith Technologies, helping raise visibility and community partnerships.

Signature Events and Economic Impact
Two sellout golf outings drew more than 360 participants combined and received exceptionally high feedback scores. Meanwhile, the Emerging Talent Alliance focused on strategic planning for its upcoming Innovate for Tomorrow series to connect businesses with youth talent initiatives.

Octoberfest and License to Cruise again delivered major economic results, attracting more than 350,000 visitors and generating an estimated $42.3 million impact for the Fox Cities region. These hallmark events continue to fuel tourism, support local nonprofits, and showcase community vitality.
