Fox Cities, Wis. (October 30, 2025) – Don’t miss the opportunity to start 2026 with clarity, confidence, and a strategic edge in today’s ever-changing economy. Early bird tickets are now available for the Fox Cities Chamber’s 2026 Economic Outlook Breakfast, taking place Wednesday, February 18 at the Hilton Paper Valley Hotel in downtown Appleton. After several years as a luncheon, the event returns to its morning roots, offering attendees the chance to start their day with fresh insights, networking, and a breakfast.
Attendees will gain valuable insights into the economic forces shaping the Fox Cities, including:
- How the GDP is growing and what it means for local businesses
- The current health of the labor market and workforce trends
- The tough decisions facing the Federal Reserve
- Everything you want to know about tariffs—without the jargon
Adding perspective and a touch of entertainment is keynote speaker Eisenberg, president, chief economist, and founder of Graphs and Laughs, LLC. Often called the “Stand-up Economist,” Eisenberg specializes in making complex economic trends relevant and engaging, connecting national and global insights to the local business landscape.
The breakfast will also feature the results of the Fox Cities Economic Outlook Survey, highlighting key business trends from 2025 and projections for 2026.
The event begins with a breakfast buffet and networking from 7 – 7:45 a.m., and the program runs from 8 – 10 a.m.
