Faith Technologies Incorporated: To host ‘Stand-Down’ for suicide prevention

September 8 events in Little Chute, Wis. and Olathe, Kan. will honor
lives lost and highlight mental health in construction

MENASHA, Wis. (Sept. 3, 2025) — Faith Technologies Incorporated (FTI), a leader in engineering, construction, manufacturing and clean energy, will join companies nationwide in observing Construction Suicide Prevention Week, Sept. 8–12, 2025. As part of the initiative, FTI will participate in the second annual nationwide “stand-down” on Monday, Sept. 8 at 1:50 p.m. CT, pausing work for one minute across all production facilities and jobsites to honor those lost to suicide and raise awareness about mental health in the construction industry.

This symbolic pause will unite team members across the company to reflect, remember and renew their commitment to supporting one another’s mental health and well-being.

Two of FTI’s Excellerate®  locations in Little Chute, Wis. and Olathe, Kan. will host events in conjunction with the stand-down. Excellerate, an FTI brand, specializes in electrical assemblies and modular solutions for the electrical construction and sustainable energy markets.

“Construction is a demanding profession, and we want our team members to know that their mental health is just as important as their physical safety,” said Rocky Rowlett, vice president of safety. “It takes more than a hard hat to keep a head safe, and this stand-down is a powerful way to show our commitment.”

Construction Suicide Prevention Week is a national initiative aimed at reducing the high rate of suicide in the construction industry through increased awareness, education and access to resources.
