MENASHA, Wis. (Aug. 5, 2025) – Mike Jansen, chief executive officer (CEO) of Faith Technologies Incorporated™ (FTI), served as a featured panelist at the Associated General Contractors of America’s (AGC) Construction Safety & Health Conference, held July 22-24 at the Hyatt Regency in Minneapolis.
Jansen joined top industry leaders for the opening panel, “Top-Down Safety: How Construction Executives Are Driving Change,” on July 22 for a candid discussion on how executive leadership is driving a culture of safety across the construction industry. The conversation focused on how leaders are championing worker well-being through meaningful investment, innovation and accountability – positioning safety as a core business value.
As CEO of FTI, a national provider in engineering, construction, manufacturing and clean energy solutions, Jansen shared how embedding safety into the organization’s culture has fueled long-term success.
“The safety and well-being of our team members is the foundation of everything we do,” said Jansen. “It’s more than a checklist or a set of guidelines for our team; it’s a mindset. When leaders prioritize safety at every level, it drives performance, builds trust and protects what matters most: our people.”
Under Jansen’s leadership, FTI continues to redefine safety as a strategic differentiator, advancing innovative processes and technologies that improve outcomes on jobsites, in manufacturing facilities and throughout the organization.
Earlier this year, Jansen was named to the National Safety Council’s 2025 CEOs Who “Get It” list, an honor recognizing executives who demonstrate an exceptional commitment to workplace safety. He is one of only six CEOs nationwide to receive the designation in 2025.
Jansen’s journey with FTI began in 1984 as an electrical apprentice. Since becoming CEO in 2013, he has guided the organization’s growth while maintaining a deep commitment to its culture-first approach, where safety is integrated into every project and partnership.
AGC’s annual Construction Safety & Health Conference welcomes safety professionals and industry leaders from across the country to share best practices, explore emerging trends and advance the health and safety of every worker on every jobsite.
