Eldon Homes: Andersons announce transition of ownership of Eldon Homes

Stoughton, WI… Eldon Homes, an award-winning, Wisconsin-based homebuilder, have officially announced the sale of Eldon Homes, one of the fastest growing local homebuilders in South Central Wisconsin. Founders, Keith and Tammy Anderson of Round Hill, VA, “the hometown homebuilder” will transition ownership to Rob Hostrawser and Fauna Justman, both longtime Stoughton residents and valued members of the Eldon Homes leadership team. The planned transaction will be effective October 1, 2025,

Founded in November 2021, Eldon Homes has experienced remarkable growth in just four years:

  • 150 homes built across Southern Wisconsin
  • $79 million in total revenue generated
  • Active in 10 thriving communities: Stoughton, Evansville, Oregon, Cottage Grove, Albany, Windsor, Edgerton, Mt. Horeb, Madison, and Sun Prairie

For Keith and Tammy Anderson, the sale marks the beginning of a well-earned retirement. “We are looking forward to this next chapter of life and spending time with our nine grandchildren,” they shared.
