Deal furthers growth of hospitality leader’s expanding catering business
MILWAUKEE – On the heels of Benson’s Restaurant Group’s recent announcement of a catering and events partnership with the Milwaukee Athletic Club, the hospitality leader has already secured it’s next endeavor. Benson’s will further the growth of its catering and events division, by managing related operations for Sandhill Tree Farm.
Beginning this May, Benson’s assume full event management responsibilities at Sandhill, serving as the exclusive partner and caterer for weddings, corporate events and seasonal celebrations. The venue, which operates from May through October, currently has 17 weddings booked for 2025. All new clients will enjoy Benson’s acclaimed culinary offerings, while previously contracted events will be honored as planned.

Surrounded by acres of Fraser fir Christmas trees, Sandhill offers a naturally stunning backdrop for summer weddings, corporate gatherings, and signature private celebrations.
