Utility company also celebrates retirement of longest tenured board member
Pewaukee, Wis. – ATC is pleased to announce Marcia Burkey and Roger Wood have joined the ATC Board of Directors.
Burkey is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of TerraPower, a nuclear energy technology company based in Bellevue, Wash. With 40 years of experience in commercial development and financing for global infrastructure, she developed and currently oversees TerraPower’s finance, human resources, external affairs and information technology areas. Previously, Burkey led energy, telecommunications and information technology investment operations at TeleSoft Partners, a Silicon Valley venture capital firm. She holds an M.A. in International Business from Columbia University.
Wood, founder of RHW Advisory in Kennebunk, Maine, is a veteran investment banker with nearly 40 years of experience advising corporate boards and management teams in energy transition, power, utilities and infrastructure. He was formerly the Managing Director of Renewables, Power, and Infrastructure at Moelis & Company. In this capacity, Wood established and increased the company’s presence in power and utilities providing senior level advisory services through the energy industry. He holds a B.A. in Modern History from University College, Oxford.

Yanisch joined ATC’s Board of Directors at its founding in 2001. He served as Finance Committee chair throughout his tenure with ATC and is retiring as the longest tenured board member in company history. Yanisch played an integral role as ATC evolved to address the electric industry’s rapid transition to renewable energy resources and ensure we maintain a robust, stable and reliable grid.
