The Bridgewater Modern Grill: Hosts five-time James Beard Award winner and best-selling author Steven Raichlen for event on June 25

MILWAUKEE – The Bridgwater Modern Grill has announced it is hosting an evening of dining with  barbecue expert Steven Raichlen, known for his award-winning cookbooks such as “The Barbecue Bible” and “Project Smoke,” on Tuesday, June 25 from 5:30-7:30 p.m. 

Guests can expect delicious hors d’oeuvres, a plated main course, followed by dessert menu items, all  inspired by Raichlen’s recipes from his book, “Beer-Can Chicken.”

Steven’s passion and expertise are sure to inspire our customers to fire up their grills and  embark on a barbecuing journey of their own this summer.”  

The Bridgewater Modern Grill is partnering with New Baron’s Brewing Cooperative, Explorium Brewpub,  Component Brewing Company and Boswell Book Company on this event.  

Individual tickets include a full-course dinner and a copy of Raichlen’s “Beer-Can Chicken” cookbook.  Tickets are $85, including service charge, and can be purchased here.
