December 10, 2024 (Milwaukee, Wis.)– Milwaukee area healthcare leader Ann Tesmer will share insights from her professional journey during the Dec. 14 commencement ceremony at Mount Mary University.
Tesmer is the vice president of ambulatory operations at Froedtert ThedaCare Health. In her role, she oversees clinical services, business operations, quality of care delivery and community partnerships. She will share her trajectory from occupational therapist to hospital leadership, and will discuss the importance of providing patient-focused healthcare.
“Care delivery must be driven by values, not transactions,” said Tesmer. “Healthcare is personal – providers of care have the opportunity to partner with patients to help them achieve their unique best health.”
