FifthColor: Appoints Michael Troka as Chief Growth Officer, focuses on overall expansion of business offerings, dynamic growth, and upsizing

SHEBOYGAN FALLS, Wis. (December 9, 2024)  Marketing and sales specialist Michael Troka joins FifthColor as Chief Growth Officer (CGO). Appointed to this new role on December 2, 2024, Troka is charged with overseeing marketing and sales functions and leveraging synergy across teams while driving growth and development of marketing strategies.

“With this appointment our team will continue to focus on aligning and combining these critical areas to accelerate growth in current and untapped markets,” said Justin Webb, president and owner of FifthColor. “Troka will be another key asset as we position FifthColor for even greater success as we expand into new markets.”

Troka will join the FifthColor marketing and sales team leaders of Marcus Diedrich, Chief Operating Officer (COO), and Ashley Vogel, Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).

Troka is a graduate of Marquette University (Milwaukee, Wis.) with a Bachelors of Science – Biology and a Master of Arts – Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication. He has worked at the following companies: Wildeck, Inc. (Waukesha, Wis.), Lochinvar, LLC. (Lebanon, Tenn.), Broan (Hartford, Wis.), Fiskars (Madison, Wis.), Kohler Co. (Kohler, Wis.), Hoffman York (Milwaukee, Wis.), Doe-Anderson (Louisville, Ky.), and Carmichael Lynch (Minneapolis, Minn.). He resides in Plymouth, Wis., with his wife Anne and children Michael, Matteo, Marco, and Maximo.
