Professionally trained as an industrial/organizational psychologist, Jenene Calloway honed her skills working in various human resources and organizational development roles. She is currently the Vice President of Talent Management and Chief Diversity Officer at Schreiber Foods, Inc., where she leads talent acquisition, training and development, and diversity, equity, and inclusion teams. In her career, she has worked with organizations to create their recruitment, development, and retention strategies. In the various roles she has held at Schreiber within the last 16 years, she has been able to lower employee turnover, implement change management solutions, build multi-level employee development programs, and provide solutions to champion an inclusive workplace.
