Falk Ruvin Gallagher: Offers home value protection to ease inflation fears

MILWAUKEE, WI – January 13, 2023 – The Falk Ruvin Gallagher Team of Keller Williams
North Shore announced it will offer two new protection programs to help reduce risk and protect home values amid a volatile economy with rising interest rates and inflation.

These programs were created to provide peace of mind to both home buyers and sellers.

The Home Seller Protection program offers assurance for those who may be hesitant to put their homes on the market due to falling prices. Falk Ruvin Gallagher agents will work with sellers to set an agreed upon listing price for their homes. If the best offer price ends up being less than the protected price, the real estate team will make up some or all of the difference.

Home Buyer Protection is a program which provides security for those considering a purchase in this challenging housing market. If someone buys a home through a Falk Ruvin Gallagher agent and needs to sell within 24 months for an amount less than the original purchase price, Falk Ruvin Gallagher will help close some or all of the gap on the resale price.

“While storm clouds are on the housing horizon for 2023, we see reasons for optimism in the Milwaukee market,” said Richard Ruvin, lead partner with Falk Ruvin Gallagher. “For those who are considering selling or buying in the next few months, our team is here to offer expert guidance and unique tools to help navigate this uncertain market and make the decision-making process easier.”
