MARSHFIELD – Security Health Plan of Wisconsin, Inc., has named Candice Lemley enrollment manager.
Lemley holds a master’s in organizational behavior and leadership, a bachelor’s in business management and has completed many courses to prepare her for a management role. She has been with Security Health Plan since 2018, serving in different roles in the Enrollment Department, most recently as an enrollment analyst. As enrollment manager, Lemley will oversee daily operations of processing enrollment applications and eligibility administration of Medicaid and Medicare programs.
“Candice has been working toward this role for many years,” said Security Health Plan Sales Operations Manager Cindy Harycki. “She has excelled in leadership courses and continuous improvement programs that have set her up for success. Her knowledge and experience with the Enrollment Department will allow her to streamline and provide efficiencies for the Health Plan and our members.”
