Madison, WI – After being selected as Wisconsin’s Outstanding CSR of the Year, Nick Oleniczak, CISR of M3 Insurance has been named the 2022 PIA National CSR of the Year.
The PIA National CSR of the Year award is given annually by the National Association of Professional Insurance Agents to an outstanding customer service representative who works for a PIA member insurance agency and recognizes a CSR who has improved operations of the agency, served their clients in a unique and extraordinary way, and engaged in community involvement and activities to advance the betterment of the insurance industry.
“Nick’s ability to connect with others and foster a team environment has been essential in keeping team members engaged while working remotely during the pandemic,” said PIA National President-elect Gerald F. Hemphill, chair of the awards task force. “He has gone from intern to a leadership role in just four years.”
Senior Account Executive & Partner at M3, Mark Meeks, praised Nick saying, “Regardless of the metric that an agency uses to measure performance, be it retention, new business, or client satisfaction, Nick’s approach to his job and the effort he makes every day to make a difference in each area sets him far apart.”
In his acceptance of the award, Nick thanked M3 for instilling in him the values that have led the way to his professional success. “M3’s organizational structure is actually built on the foundation of small teams and that ultimately is how I’d like to attribute this award, as the concept of small teams has made me who I am today as a professional,” said Nick. “Once starting as a full-time employee, I quickly came to realize the unique culture M3 instills in their employee base and how that truly translates to providing top of the line customer satisfaction.”
