O’Connor Connective: Continues to grow

DE PERE, Wis. — O’Connor Connective’s 10th year brings growth in its team as it streamlines workflow and scheduling, allowing the firm to enhance its offerings and services.

Linda Bodden is stepping into the newly created role of production director after working for the past six years as a senior marketing specialist at a greater Green Bay area community bank. Prior to that, she worked in marketing at two other regional banks for six years. In addition to her experience in financial services marketing, Bodden worked for 10 years as a production manager at a full-service B2B advertising agency in Milwaukee.

Bodden is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh where she received her bachelor’s degree in journalism with advertising emphasis. She is also a member of the Habitat for Humanity Events Steering Committee.

“Linda is a huge asset to our growing team. She will manage our production, allowing us to best serve our growing client base,” said Bridget O’Connor, owner and principal of O’Connor Connective. “This allows the team to focus more on project work — the strategic communication and creative work we do best.”

As part of the company’s 10th year reflection, the team revisited its vision, mission, values and brand.

“Our mission is to offer a strategy that communicates for community-minded leaders,” O’Connor said. “We seek to be the partner of choice in the advancement of our communities. Linda’s talents will help allow us to stay focused as we are called to do more for our clients.”
