Market Wagon: Justin Miklaszewski experiences exponential success with Two Creek Farms

FRANKSVILLE, Wis. — It’s not every 22-year-old who has 22 employees and will bring in more than $1 million in revenue this year. But, then again, not every 22-year-old entrepreneur is Justin Miklaszewski. What started with a simple Facebook post when he was still in high school has become a successful operation known as Two Creek Farms.
By partnering with Market Wagon (MarketWagon.com), an online farmers market, Miklaszewski gets a consistent revenue stream and much greater name recognition from customers who may never visit his storefront in Union Grove. It has helped boost his expected revenue to $1.2 million this year, an almost 300% over last year.

“It’s astronomically insane,” Miklaszewski said. “It feels very cool. I never thought I’d be here.”

It started when Miklaszewski was 16. By chance, he posted on social media asking if anyone was interested in buying local beef. He was overwhelmed with hundreds of responses, convincing him of the need and interest in the community for Local Food.
Miklaszewski joined Market Wagon in 2020 when Two Creek Farms was already attending a dozen weekly farmers markets. He discovered the digital platform to be a great way to reach customers throughout Greater Milwaukee, extending to Madison and most of Southern Wisconsin.

The offerings from Two Creek Farms are sold on Market Wagon where customers from 18 counties in Wisconsin and Illinois can connect with more than 40 LOCAL farmers, chefs and artisans. People can shop 650+ locally grown products on their computer or smartphone throughout the week and place an order from multiple local vendors with one single checkout. Orders are delivered to each home every Tuesday afternoon.
