Jackie Nitschke Center: Nations Lending lends support to the Jackie Nitschke Center

(Green Bay, Wis.) – Nations Lending-Green Bay today presented a check for $4,500 to the Jackie Nitschke Center (JNC), the proceeds from a recent golf outing in Green Bay.

“We are so thankful to receive a wonderful donation like this, which will help us continue our work to meet the community’s needs when it comes to substance abuse,” said Jason Latva, JNC Executive Director. “There’s been a steady increase in the demand for treatment services for all types of addictions and it’s crucial to have community support like this for our programs.”

Nations Lending-Green Bay held its inaugural golf event this year to raise funds for a community organization. “As members of the community, we see the impact that substance abuse has on people and our community,” said Nick Wurzer, Nations Lending-Green Bay Branch Manager. “We appreciate the great work that the Jackie Nitschke Center is doing to address the issues of addiction while getting people on the road to recovery. This is our way of doing what we can to give back to the community.”

With its campus in downtown Green Bay, the Jackie Nitschke Center offers residential and outpatient treatment, education, support and continuing care to individuals and families facing substance use disorders.
