IBAW: Presents “Automotive shortage: Supply, Inflation & Economic Conditions Impacting the Industry…and You”

Milwaukee, Wis. – April 6, 2022 – The Independent Business Association of Wisconsin (IBAW) hosts “Automotive Shortage:  Supply, Inflation & Economic Conditions Impacting the Industry…and You.” The program will be held on April 15, 2022, 7:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. at the Wisconsin Club, 900 W Wisconsin Avenue, Milwaukee, Wis. A plated breakfast will be served.

IBAW Executive Director Steve Kohlmann will interview Jim Tolkan, Executive Director for the Automobile Dealerships of Metro Milwaukee about how will the industry evolve, where is it now, and where is it going?  Is it the right time to buy or sell a vehicle? What does all this mean when you need to buy or lease a vehicle(s) for business?

Steve Kohlmann said, “The automotive industry’s reach is gigantic in its impact on economies not only in the U.S., but across the planet. The ripple effect of global supply chain shortages, labor shortages, the EV market, and a host of other issues has the industry on its heels and reinventing itself at breakneck speed.”

IBAW members will meet for an in-person meeting at the Wisconsin Club. Note that advance registration is required. Seating will be limited at this event. Walk-ins cannot be accommodated.

Since 1973, the Independent Business Association of Wisconsin (IBAW) was formed for small business owners to engage in conversation relating to legislation impacting the bottom-line costs of businesses throughout Wisconsin. IBAW is a venue for high-level CEOs, CFOs, COOs, other upper management, and entrepreneurs to network, exchange business ideas, and become educated and involved on issues that impact their business. IBAW is time well spent!
