FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE – GREEN BAY, WI – April 2022 – Human Resources Consulting LLC is excited to announce new leadership changes.
Following the decision by Diane Biersteker, Owner/President of Human Resources Consulting, to move into semi-retirement, Anne Wettstein, Senior HR Consultant and Partner, has become the new President of HRC. Nick Erler, Senior HR Consultant and Partner has become the new Vice President. Diane will stay on as a part-time Executive HR Consultant, helping to solve business challenges of our clients, and offering her 45+ years of HR experience and knowledge to our employees.
Diane started HR Consulting in 2011 after a very successful 35-year corporate career in HR. She began from the belief that there was a need for small to medium sized businesses to have access to an external HR partner. Anne joined Diane in 2012, and Nick followed in 2013 – both leaving successful careers in Human Resources to come and work with Diane in the growing company. Each new client helped them grow into a successful, thriving practice and after moving out of the home office and a rented space in Green Bay, they purchased and renovated an office building in 2018.
From the beginning of HRC in 2011 to present day, we have served over 365 companies and organizations across Northeast Wisconsin and the Upper Midwest. We have seven of us now supporting our wonderful clients, in a way that is appreciated and valued. We grow our business by word of mouth and add new clients every month – sometimes every week!
May also brings the retirement of one of our Senior HR Consultants, Diane Haase. Diane joined HRC in 2017 on a part-time basis, after retiring from her full-time executive HR role. Diane was a favorite with many of our clients in the five years she spent with us and was always there to help lead our younger staff with her many years of experience. We are grateful for the opportunity to work with Diane, and the time she spent on our team. We wish Diane Haase, and her husband Larry, the very best in their retirement. Enjoy the open roads!
We had one new addition at the end of 2021. In November, Andie Bartelme joined the Human Resources Consulting team as our new HR Assistant. She comes to us with 10 years in the administrative field and has been a crucial addition to our office. Andie has been essential by completing various administrative tasks which frees our consultants to better assist our clients. She is the first point of contact when someone comes into the office or reaches out to for support. She will continue to grow and assist in all areas as she continues her path with HRC!
