Assistant Elmbrook Education Foundation: EEF presents check to the LAUNCH Program

Brookfield, Wis. – November 2, 2022 – The Elmbrook Education Foundation (EEF) awarded $12,000 to the LAUNCH Program in the School District of Elmbrook at the October School Board meeting. Executive Director Beth Dobrzynski and EEF Board Member Katie Rasoul presented the check to LAUNCH student, Lily Huebschen and Director of LAUNCH, Dr. Robert Hall.

“LAUNCH continues to grow and improve with the help and support of the EEF.  Their culture of philanthropy supports student projects and learning opportunities that add value to the premier Elmbrook education!” – Dr. Robert Hall, Executive Director – LAUNCH

These funds were raised at our annual EEF Golf Open, presented by Action Coach. This year’s event was held on Tuesday, June 14, 2022 at Ironwood Golf Course. Over 130 golfers enjoyed a beautiful day filled with great food, drink, and course games. Attendees bid on silent auction items and purchased raffle tickets. Each was treated to a gift bag compliments of our sponsors.

Beth Dobrzynski, Executive Director, Elmbrook Education Foundation, said, “We are excited to partner each year with Dr. Hall and the LAUNCH Program. We are fortunate to have so many wonderful sponsors who not only mentor students in this program, but also financially support the future of LAUNCH. We could not do this without them!”

EEF was organized in 1958 to award scholarships to select Brookfield High School graduates. In 1999, the Foundation’s mission expanded to include teacher grants for innovative projects that benefit all students and raise money to support and strengthen outstanding learning ideas that improve the overall educational quality of our public schools. EEF has awarded over $1,500,000 in scholarships and over $500,000 in grants which enhance and extend the established curriculum and support projects that are beyond the district’s budget. Strong Communities. Strong Schools.
